Service Description

PDFfast provides online PDF tools including merge, split, and compress functionality. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

Rate Limits

Free users are subject to daily rate limits on PDF operations. Pro subscribers ($9/month) receive higher limits and additional features. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits at any time.

Payments & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

PDFfast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
